A login failure can come from an incorrect credential, expired reset link, security lock, self-exclusion or regional restriction. Do not create a second account to work around it; that can complicate identity and withdrawal records.
Capture the exact error and time. A password error, locked-account notice and unavailable-region message require different next steps.
Check the service from the normal device and network. Do not use a VPN to bypass a location rule.
Open the site's own login page and request a reset once. Check the email address tied to the account, including the spam folder, and use only the newest link.
Never enter credentials into a link sent by an unknown chat account or advertisement.
If the reset does not arrive, contact official support with the registered email, approximate account creation date and non-sensitive identifying details requested through the secure process.
Support should not ask for your existing password or one-time code.
If the account is restricted due to a safer-gambling control, chargeback, duplicate account or verification case, ask for the written status and available review process.
A self-exclusion or cooling-off period should be respected and cannot be treated as a technical login defect.
